With the collaboration of Magnitude Futbol USA, Stockton TLJ FC created a Men's Team to compete in the UPSL Wild West Division. The team completed its inaugural season in the Fall of 2019. 

In 2021, the Men's Team shifted to the more competitive National Soccer League where it continues to serve as a team for aspiring professionals and a pathway for the youth of the club.
